3. This form is your coaching information. Submit this form after you have completed the certification course. You will get a digital copy of your certification and this form will create you coaching bio on the Whisper to Roar page.
🗓️ Schedule Overview
Welcome to the Whisper to Roar coaching team! Here's how your schedule and client bookings will work:
Booking Platform: All client sessions are scheduled through our Acuity system. Each coach has their own calendar linked to their availability.
Setting Your Hours: You’ll set your own availability inside your calendar. Clients will only see and book the time slots you’ve marked as open.
Client Payments: Clients pay upfront when they book. You’ll receive your payment (minus the platform fee, if applicable) on the 15th and the 30th of each month via PayPal.
Session Format: All sessions are hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive an auto-generated Zoom link for each session through Acuity.
No-Show Policy: Clients are required to give at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. You’ll still receive your fee if they no-show.

💰 How do I get paid?
You’ll be paid on the 15th and the 30th of each month via PayPal). Payments and include all completed sessions up to the date of payment.
📅 Can I change my schedule?
Yes! You’re in control of your own calendar. Log into Acuity and adjust your availability as needed.
🧾 Will I receive a 1099 form?
Yes. If you earn over $600 in a calendar year, you’ll receive a 1099-NEC form for tax purposes. You must submit your W-9 to receive payment.
🧍♀️ Do I have to find my own clients?
Yes, in part. While Whisper to Roar invests in paid advertising and promotes the platform to drive traffic, it's up to you to attract and connect with clients who align with your niche. Think of us as the stage — you still need to show up and perform.
We encourage all coaches to actively share their coaching links, engage with their communities, and position themselves as the expert in their area of focus. Clients are more likely to book with coaches they see, hear from, and resonate with — and you are your best marketing tool.
That said, we do feature coaches regularly on social media and in our email newsletters. The more you show up and participate, the more visibility you’ll gain.
📈 How do I increase my visibility?
Coaches who participate in live events, tag us on social, and maintain consistent availability tend to attract more clients. We also rotate spotlight features on Instagram and email.
🧑💻 Can I coach outside of this platform?
Yes — but any clients who book you through Whisper to Roar must continue using the platform for their sessions. Outside coaching is fine as long as it doesn’t compete with or conflict with our community standards.
🧠 What if I have a client issue?
We’ve got your back. Email support at fromwhispertoroar@gmail.com if anything feels off, and we’ll help resolve it professionally and confidentially. Coaches can also schedule a live call with Kristin through the online scheduler. Kristin keeps hours open just for coaches so you can touch base at any time.
🚨 What if I want to leave the platform?
We hate to see you go, but no hard feelings! You can cancel any time during the month and you will not be charged for the next month. Cancel through the payment platform, but also send us an email or schedule a call with Kristin so we can ensure you are not charged again and answer any final questions you might have.
